Core Workshops

The Core Workshops are designed to give the student a taste of the actual Courses. They will seem complete within themselves but will only contain the base foundation of a few of the full Courses.

That being said, the workshops will be useful, practical information that anyone can begin using in their daily lives. However, the workshops will not count as a Course and so if a Course has a prerequisite of another Course, taking a workshop instead will not fulfill the prerequisite.

Please remember: The Core Workshops are introductions to the main Courses within Ways Of The Wild Institute. It is impossible to cover everything for each of the above subjects in a one day class. However, they do contain much useful information that will give the student something to work with that can be used in daily life. And for those of you who wish to continue by taking a course, you will be a step ahead.

All workshops are currently being dissolved into courses and webinars. This is an attempt at offering a more complete and dynamic knowledge base for students. Short time-frame workshops are also difficult for many students to invest the travel time in and courses are more feasible as well as wiser investments for everyone. 8/1/2012
